When did Alan Wong leave the Hualalai Grille at the Four Seasons on the Big Island Hawaii?
January 4th, 2011 Admin Recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hualalai in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, and was disappointed to learn that celebrity chef Alan Wong had recently left as chef of the restaurant Hualalai Grille. Does anybody know when he left the restaurant? All the guidebooks still have him listed as the chef. Thanks
